Yellows and Oranges

Yellows and oranges struck me
As oranges and lemons fell from trees
On Florida days filled with sex and sun
Trees blew in high winds
She intoxicated me with her scent
Mary Jane was her name
She was draped in blue and grey
Sheer so her nipples spoke to me
Dipped her head in the water
They went for a swim too
As hydrogen and oxygen danced
Down her chest to nether regions
She made me.
Wet
Losing control I thought I might
Come to the place
Where I understood our gravity
Breaking sound barriers
While falling into her
Booming deafening silence
Yellows and oranges struck me
Fell from heavy heart
Into my lightly cloudy sky
By the time I hit ground
Legs broken
No where to run
Forced to love her
Realizing she left me
Burned into my memory
Yellows and oranges
Not oranges and lemons
Acid rain
